Back to Basics
The process of building Voice and Tones has a lot to do with brainstorming, but also with a regression to the company essentials. It's a compilation of insights (provided by Discovery) applied to the construction of clear objectives, which guide the business vision.
Content Discovery - CondoConta
To unify the language and improve acquisition, engagement, retention and profitability, we needed a definition of Voice and Tones across the enterprise. Understanding the core of the business through a Discovery process was essential to prove the need for the project, carried out through qualitative exploratory interviews, in-depth analysis and application to various materials.
First step - Exploratory interviews with C-levels.

From the transcripts, the recurring terms were gathered, which facilitated the building and analysis process of Voice and Tones results.
Second stage - Perception analysis.

Once completed, the analysis and results were organized into a presentation, held in an All-Hands meeting for all areas of the company.
Third stage - Results presentation.

Once completed, the Discovery results were presented in one-off meetings for the operational areas and in an All-Hands for the entire company.

Organizing the results in word clouds brought more conciseness and proximity of the teams to the company's core. The word clouds were based on common terms answered in the exploratory interview stage.

Taking Content concepts to other areas was fundamental for the development of business strategy, and modified the company's communication structure. Consistency was identified both in the production of internal materials and in contact with the public after the Discovery.
Final step - Applying results.
From this Discovery process, we identified the need to structure a unified knowledge base, with more defined processes. For this to take place, we used specific frameworks that would help us develop the creation of materials according to the needs specified by the areas.

The interviews conducted with the executive body were transcribed and tabulated.
The customers' perception was also used to base the motto of speech and revisit the company's value proposition.
